Obituary of Elizabeth M. Jack

Elizabeth M. "Liz" Jack (nee Maslowski) Age 73, of Shorewood, IL and formerly Oak Brook Terrace, IL, passed Sunday January 22, 2017. She was born in Chicago to the late Mary and Peter Maslowski and was raised in the Brighton Park neighborhood. Beloved wife of Charlie Jack, Jr., loving mother of Kristin (Joe) Miceli and Brian (Stephanie) Jack; proud grandmother of Mark and Scott Miceli and Kevin Jack; dear sister of Jeanette Jezioro and (the late) Irene Nering; several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Thursday January 26, 2017 from 3 pm until funeral services begin at 7 pm at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home 3200 Black (at Essington Rd) Joliet.
