Obituary of Theresa M. Talarico

Theresa "Tre" M. Talarico (nee Bucciferro) Age 82. Passed away peacefully Sunday, March 12, 2017 at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Born April 27, 1934 in Joliet, IL to Antonio and Lenora (nee Alberico) Bucciferro. Tre enjoyed nature watching from her sun room, puzzles, music, crocheting, knitting, Italian cooking and watching Wheel of Fortune. She will be remembered for her selflessness, big heart, and unending love for children and animals, both of whom always gravitated towards her. Survived by her beloved husband of 62 years, Fred; four children, Fred Talarico, Sally (David Mills) Talarico, Tony (Libby) Talarico, and Susan Talarico; grandmother of Nicholas, Anya, Lenora, Paul, John, and Mark; one great grandchild is expected in April; two sisters, Lil Papesh and Toni Brisco; aunt of many nieces and nephews. Preceded by her parents and one sister, Mary Ellinger. Funeral Services for Theresa M. Talarico will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 10:15 a.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black (at Essington) Rd., Joliet, IL to St. Anne Catholic Church, 1800 Dearborn, Crest Hill, IL where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
