Obituary of Trudy N. Aschbrenner

Trudy N. Aschbrenner (Nee Doran) Age 71. At rest Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. Born December 16, 1945 in Chicago, the daughter of the late Edward Sr. and Genevieve (Nee Dagon) Doran. A graduate of St. Francis Academy with the Class of 1964. Retired from BMO Harris Bank as a teller in 2010 following 21 years of service. Member of St. Jude CCW where she served as treasurer. Trudy loved people and thoroughly enjoyed interacting with them. Her hobbies included ceramics, gardening and painting. Surviving are her two sons, Scott (Marcy) and Jeff (Alison) Aschbrenner; grandmother of Troy and Lexi; also survived by her sister, Sandra (David) Crater; sister-in-law of Donna Doran and Arlene(Dale)Gillis; Goddaughter, Cynthia Doran: numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded by her loving husband, Edward Aschbrenner (July 7, 1998); her parents; one brother, Edward Doran Jr. Funeral services for Trudy N. Aschbrenner will be Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 9:15 a.m. from the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black (at Essington) Rds. to the Church of St. Jude where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
