Resler, Eleanor B.
(nee Kolakowski)

Age 92, late of Crest Hill, and formerly of Wilmington, passed away peacefully, Thursday, September 28, 2017.

Eleanor was employed by Deaton-Kennedy Company for over 30 years in a number of capacities, including calendar production, assisting the artists, and book binding.  She was a member of the Cantigny Post #367 VFW Ladies Auxiliary, and was also an avid golfer and member of the Morris Country Club where she was a past Ladies Champion.

Surviving are numerous nieces and nephews, including Arlene (nee Szepelak) Fair and her husband, Burdette, of Morton, Jim Pastere, Dean Pastere, and Joan Egdorf, all of Lockport.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald T. Resler; her parents, Semplicius and Frances (nee Zmieska) Kolakowski; siblings, Modesta (Joseph) Sako, Harriet (Stanley Szepelak) and (Andrew) Jacobs, William Kolakowski, Casimir (Ann) Kolakowski, Marion (Sophie) Kolakowski,   Laura (Albert) Pesavento, Irene Kolakowski, Martha (Phillip) Pastere, and Edward Kolakowski.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, or a charity of the donor's choice, would be appreciated.

Funeral Services for Eleanor B. Resler will be held Monday, October 2, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at the Fred C.
