James Allen Luchowski

Age 64, born August 29, 1953 in Chicago, IL and died peacefully at home surrounded by his family in Minooka, IL on October 13, 2017.  Jim attended Lockport Township High School until he joined the U.S. Marines, Transportation Division.  After serving his country, Jim hit the road in his big rig professionally and his Harley leisurely.  Jim loved music, photography and NASCAR.

He was preceded in death by his parents Cassie M. Pesavento and Alex Luchowski.

Jim is survived by his son, Christopher (Angela) Goulding; his grandson, Zachary; his sisters, Patricia A. (Paul) Link and Anette G. (John) Robbins; his brothers, Joseph S. (Violet) Luchowski, Jeffrey A Luchowski, and Victor (Emily) Pesavento; nieces and nephews, Jackie R Utter, Danielle (Glen) Zilly, Brian (Colin) Link, Lindy Luchowski and Alex Luchowski; and grand nieces and nephews, Tyler Shank, Zachary Shank, Lauren Zilly and Allison Zilly.

A private internment service will be held for family members.  In lieu of flowers, donations in his name to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
