Donna Lee Van Meter

Donna Lee Van Meter, age 76, of Minooka, passed away peacefully, Monday, November 13, 2017 at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home with her husband by her side.

Born October 15, 1941 in Olney, IL she was the daughter of Berthold Jarrett and Carmine (nee Best) Fraim.  They preceded her in death along with her siblings, Carroll, Kathleen, Berthold, Jr. and Janet.

Surviving are her beloved husband, Kenneth W. Van Meter of Minooka; her children, Chris (Nellie) Murphy of West Salem, IL, Jim (Vicky) Murphy of Lapeer, MI, Rhonda (Wayne) Saunders of Bishop, CA, and Joe (Mindy) Brozovich of Mazon, IL; many grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Donna was a devoted homemaker and a terrific cook.  She will be remembered for her sewing, quilting and cooking.
