Donna B. Hughes

Age 81, of Plainfield Township, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet.  She was born in Hobart, Indiana to the late Floyd and Fannie Mae Yager.

Donna retired from Plainfield Moulding after several years of service and was previously employed for over 20 years at the former Fleischmann’s Distillery in Plainfield. Donna enjoyed making jewelry and crocheting Christmas villages as well as her frequent visits with her neighbors.

Donna was the loving mother of Diana (fiancé Jerry Kennedy) Green and Cindy Presswood, and beloved grandmother of Angie (Raymond) Lisy, Richie, Aaron, Kelly, Jennifer and Jessica. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Hughes, her parents and siblings.
