Donna R. Fagan
(nee Baran)

Age 76, of Joliet, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2018, at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center.  Donna was born in Joliet, the daughter of the late Joseph and Edna R. (nee Officer) Baran, and was a lifelong resident.  She was a graduate of Joliet Township High School, Class of 1959, and Silver Class School of Nursing.  Donna married Joseph P. Fagan on October 17, 1964, with whom she enjoyed 53 years of marriage.  A member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, she especially enjoyed her Wednesday morning breakfast with her girlfriends.  

Donna is survived by her loving husband, Joseph P. Fagan, Sr. of Joliet; her son, Joseph P. (Jeannemarie) Fagan, Jr. of Littleton, CO; her two grandsons, Patrick and James Fagan; sister-in-law of Charles and LuAnne Fagan, Ruth (the late Robert) Silverman, and Raymond and Darlene Fagan; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded by her parents; brother-in-law, James (Betty) Fagan; and sister-in-law, Nancy Fagan.

Donna R. Fagan will Lie In State on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 310 N. Broadway, Joliet, from 9:00 a.m. until time of services at 10:00 a.m., with Rev. Karl Hess officiating.  Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park II.  Visitation will be held on Friday, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., at the Fred C.
