Obituary of Stephanie C. Miller

Stephanie C. (nee Andos) Miller of Bourbonnais, formerly of Joliet, passed away at the age of 52 on Tuesday, February 20, 2018.  Stephanie was born on October 27, 1965, to the union of Stelios and Ann (nee Paris) Andos.  She grew up in Orland Park and graduated from Carl Sandburg High School.  Her love of animals led her to volunteer at several animal shelters, including Bone Yard Animal Rescue in Joliet and Hart Animal Rescue Team in Naperville.  She often took her work home with her, having several animals at once that she fostered.  Stephanie was a good cook, loved her wine and was a Chicago Bears and Cubs fan.  Proud of her Greek heritage, she dreamed of traveling to Greece.

Stephanie is survived by her only son, Niko Miller of Joliet; her siblings, Maria (Gene) Macario of Michigan, April (Greg) Paglianite of New Jersey, and Steven (Jennifer) Andos of Virginia; several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

She is preceded by her parents.

A Memorial Gathering for Stephanie C. Miller will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at the Fred C.
