Obituary of Joseph Charles Andreano

Joseph Charles Andreano

Joseph Charles Andreano, age 33, of Joliet, Illinois, passed away unexpectedly on the evening of June 4, 2026.

Born on November 4, 1992, in Joliet, Joe was a lifelong resident of the community he proudly called home. He attended St. Paul the Apostle Grade School and graduated from Joliet Catholic Academy.

Joe is survived by his beloved fiancée, Ketsuda Keoyothy; his children, Christian and London; his cherished stepchildren, Leyiah and Zoey Alvarez; his parents, Stan (Tina) Ward and Amanda Blackwell; his aunt, Sarah Andreano; his grandmother, Versie Ward; his mother-in-law, Phetsamay Vongsaoudom; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Susan D. Lyons Andreano and Samuel Joseph Andreano; his uncle, Gary Ward; and his father-in-law, Phattana Vongsaoudom.

While words can never fully capture who Joe was, those who knew him will remember his warm smile, contagious laugh, and the quiet way he made everyone around him feel welcome and cared for. He wasn’t a man of many words, but his presence spoke volumes. Joe could light up a room without trying, and his kindness left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Joe’s passing leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He will be remembered as a devoted father, loving son, and loyal partner who treasured every moment spent with his family. He loved Christian and London beyond measure and embraced Leyiah and Zoey as his own, offering them the same unwavering love, support, and care. Above all else, Joe’s greatest joy was being with those he loved. His love, kindness, and dedication to his family will be remembered always, and his memory will continue to live on through the many lives he touched.
