This amazing soul is my dear great grandpa. From the first time that I met him, he made me feel incredibly loved and cared for. I have experienced a kind of love from him that truly opened my eyes to what really being there for someone looks like.
I have so many precious memories with him; however, I often reminisce of the wonderful times we would have joyously dancing to Perry Como on his record player. Along with this dear memory, my family and I cherished baking Greek cookies with him. As we would twist the cookies into their silly little shapes, we would happily laugh and catch up on life. We loved getting to know all of his ins and outs and preferences on which restaraunt, what time, or where we would go. From mornings at the Country Charm, to afternoons spent watching golf, almost every moment spent with him filled my heart up.
Grandpa was one of the only people in this world that would completely and utterly be there for someone if they were struggling. Even if that meant a six hour drive to Wisconsin or letting someone take a break from life for a bit at his home. He will forever be so loved and missed. Thank you so much grandpa, for all of the joyful times and amazing memories❤️. We love you so much.
