Obituary of Janet Anderson

Janet Anderson, age 76, of Romeoville, IL, passed away peacefully on Saturday 22, 2026, at StoryPoint Romeoville.  Janet was born on March 28, 1950, in Joliet, Illinois, was the daughter of the late William and Mary (nee Ochs) Anderson. She was a graduate of St. Francis Academy and St. Francis University. 

She will be remembered as a loving, friendly, and kind person.

Janet is survived by her sisters, MaryLynn Confiliano, Barbara Wolcott, and Shirley (Chris) Boetto; her brother, Stephen R. (Ann) Anderson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, William E. Anderson.

Services for Janet Anderson will be held be held privately by the family and inurnment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery, Illinois.  Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Fred C. Dames Funeral.
