Obituary of John P. Fiaccato, Sr.

John P. Fiaccato, Sr., age 79, passed away Friday, November 16, 2018 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice.  

John is survived by his children, Kenneth (Theresa) Smith, Cindy Fiaccato, John, Jr. (Zevia) Fiaccato, Tiffany (Ted) Slove; 12 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, MaryAnn (nee DeSimone) Fiaccato (1985); four sisters; and five brothers.

Visitation for John P. Fiaccato, Sr. will be held on Monday, November 19, 2018, from 9:00 until 10:30 a.m., at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet.  Family and friends will meet directly at Mt.
