Obituary of Deborah Huff
Deborah J. Huff, age 51, of Joliet, IL, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2025, at Loyola Medical Center, Maywood, IL. She was born June 29, 1973, in Oak Lawn, IL.
Deborah was very creative. She enjoyed woodworking and participating in local craft shows with her business, Dottie’s Porch. She was a lover of all things spooky and mystical and enjoyed activities that combined nature and spirit. She will be remembered as her family’s “Crazy Cat Lady.” Her four feline friends, Cheeto, Mama, Wilson, Marley, and Baby are already missing her presence.
She is the beloved wife of Adam Huff, Sr.; loving mother of Adam Huff, Jr.; loving step-mother of Kaytlin Huff/Dykhoff; dear daughter of Sharon (the late Robert) Milashus; sister of Robert Milashus, Jr. and Scott Milashus; and proud aunt of Max, Ava, and Odin Milashus.
Memorial Visitation for Deborah J. Huff will be Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Roads, Joliet. After the Memorial Visitation, all friends and relatives are invited to join the Huff family in celebrating Deborah’s life from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Corrigan’s Pub, 700 W. Jefferson St., Shorewood, IL. As it was her request, cremation rites have been accorded.
