Obituary of Dianne Beckham Chisenall
Age 72, of Channahon, Illinois, passed from this life Sunday evening, April 13, 2025. She was born June 25, 1952, in Drew, Mississippi, to the late Merline and John Beckham. Dianne resided in the Joliet area most all of her life.
Dianne is survived by her son, George (Faith) Chisenall; daughter, Rebecca "Becky" (Mark) Durovka; grandchildren, Brittany Atkinson, Lucas, McKenzie, Jakub and Kaden Durovka; siblings, Jackie (Pat) Beckham, Wanda (Dan) Hennessy, Lynn McDaniel, Mike (Laura) Upchurch, Kaye (Larry) Ferguson and Tammy (Jeff) Maier. Numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kaitlynn Marie Chisenall; her parents; siblings, Sonny and Bobby Beckham; as well as her brother-in-law, Roger McDaniel.
Dianne was a local banker in Joliet, having retired after many years of service. She was a member of Curtis Avenue Baptist Church. Dianne loved all things Disney and was quite a fan of Elvis. She also enjoyed travel, especially taking cruises!
Visitation for Dianne will be Wednesday, April 16, 2025, from 4-7 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home 3200 Black Rd (at Essington Rd) Joliet. Funeral services will be Thursday morning, April 17, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park.
