Obituary of Lesley Eugene Kunsman

Lesley Eugene Kunsman, age 76, of Morris, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at home, with his family by his side.

Lesley was born on January 18, 1949, in Cairo, IL to the late Charles and Barbara Kunsman. He worked for many years as a over the road truck driver and enjoyed fishing.

Survived by his loving wife, Donna (Safron) Kunsman; his three children, Penny (Ted) Yuen, David Kunsman, and Kimberly (James) Lechnick; grandchildren, Ethan, Noah, Josiah and Karis, as well as one sister, Darlene Weincoff.

Visitation for Lesley Kunsman will be held on Monday, December 1, 2025,  from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 1201 W. Route 6 at Deerpath Drive in Morris. Interment will take place on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL.
