Dorothy and I worked together at Parks School in the 80’s and 90’s. She taught the children with discipline and love and had high expectations for them and for her peers. There are many good memories of the time we spent there together. May you rest in peace Dorothy. Your time here was well served.
Sincere condolences on the passing of Dorothy. She was a friend and neighbor for over 26 years. Dorothy was a loyal, caring and trusted friend to many and served the Willowbrook community with great dedication and care. She also served the Fort Myers community with volunteer work for the St. Columbkille Parish and the Community Cooperative Ministries for many years. Dorothy loved her Catholic Faith and was so proud of her career as a dedicated teacher for 35 years in Joliet. She talked often of her students and absolutely loved all her children! Rest now Dorothy, you were a good and faithful servant, be an Angel on all our shoulders until we meet again, you will be missed!

I fondly remember the Bears won the superbowl when I was in fifth grade and Ms.Schreiner taught us the superbowl shuffle. That was a wonderful memory of her excitement and the fun we had leaning a song and dancing. ;)
