Obituary of Carol Lynn Minerly

Carol Lynn Minerly, age 76, of Minooka, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at The Pearl of Orchard Valley in Aurora, IL.

Carol was born on September 9, 1949 in Chicago to Fran Comer. She was an avid cat lover and had two cats, Libby and Loni.

Carol is survived by her children, Barb (Steve Novak) Minerly, Bill (Jean) Minerly, Dawn Minerly, and Chris Minerly.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Fran; her beloved husband, William Minerly; and her son, James Minerly.

Per Carol’s request, cremation rites have been accorded and private family services will be held.
