Victoria “Vikkii” Beasley

Vikkii Beasley, age 77, left this world on Thursday, February 26, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, joy, and compassion that will forever live in our hearts. She was born on February 22, 1949, in Iowa Falls, IA to the late Edmund and Marjory (nee Roll) Oppold.

She was truly an extraordinary woman whose warmth and kindness shaped the lives of all who knew her. Vikkii had the rare gift of making people feel seen, valued, and deeply cared for. She was the heart of her family-steady, loving, and full of grace. The memories she created with everyone, rich with humor, tenderness, and joy, will always be treasured in our hearts.

Vikkii is survived by her loving husband, Glen; sons, Wade Beasley and Brad (Jill) Beasley, and her beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and a wide circle of friends, who will deeply miss her. They will carry forward her strength, her kindness, and her unwavering love for family.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Beverly Oppold-Blessman Whaley; and her brother, David Oppold.

Funeral Services for Vikkii Beasley will be held on Friday, March 6, 2026, at 9:15 a.m. from the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet, IL, to Holy Family Catholic Church, 600 N. Brookforest Dr., Shorewood, IL, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at the funeral home chapel from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Due to her request, cremation rites will be accorded following the services. Private family inurnment will take place in Plattville Cemetery.
