Obituary of Virginia Hall

Virginia M. Hall (nee Ritenour) Age 82. At rest Saturday, January 24, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving family. Born and raised in Chicago, lived in New Caney, TX for sometime before relocating to Plainfield, IL. She worked for the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, retiring in 1983. She also volunteered at Provena St. Joseph Hospital. Survived by her six children, Lorraine (Will) Ewing, Vicki Peltier, Robert Hall, Clinton Hall, Jr., Sharon Bancherau and Theresa (Edward) Ringmeier; "mema" of 18 grandchildren; "great-mema" of six; and many nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded by her husband, Clinton Hall, Sr.; daughter, Barbara Hall; son, Johnny Hall; three sisters, Rosalee Brown, Elaine Clure and Lorraine True; one brother, Larry Ritenour; parents, Charles and Matilda (nee Mangel) Ritenour; and grandson, Clinton Hall, III. A Memorial Service for Virginia M. Hall will be held Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Rds., Joliet. Interment will be private.
