Lucille Walker Age 82. Passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Rivershores Nursing Home, Marseilles. Born November 4, 1932 to Benjamin and Lillian (nee Philpot) VanCleave. Survived by her children, Benjamin Todd and Jody (Thomas) Gaffney; grandmother of, Cindy Kay Fuller, Travis (Rebecca) Todd and Jarrett (Laura) Todd; Catherine Rice Gaffney and Karen (Ekin) Kacmaz; great-grandmother of 11 and two more on the way; great-great-grandmother of three; best friend and adopted sister, Margaret Gaffney. Numerous nieces and nephews survive. Preceded by her parents; husband, George Walker (2008); sisters, Helen Fleetwood, Josie Higgins and Alice Belander; brothers, Floyd Van Cleave and Ben VanCleave; grandson in-law, Todd Fuller and nieces and nephews. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and especially family gatherings. Funeral services for Lucille Walker will be Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 10 a.m. at Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 1201 W. Route 6 at Deerpath Drive, Morris. Interment Seward Mound Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 4-8 p.m. For information (815) 942-5040.
