Lillian A. Howard
(nee Kerkos)

Age 89, of Joliet, went home to our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home.  Lillian was born in Rockdale, on March 28, 1928 and was a resident there until her marriage to Edward T. Howard on August 8, 1953.

Lillian is survived by her sister-in-law, Jean Konrad; two nieces, Kathy Konrad of Tempe, AZ and Kimberly Wood of Golden, CO; and her dear friends, Donna and Joe Fagan, Tim Crickman and Barb Chesko.  

She was preceded by her husband, Edward T. Howard (1991), and her parents, Louis and Angela (nee Cigoj) Kerkos.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. when a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home, 1201 Wyoming Ave. (near Rte. 30), Joliet.  Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to Joliet Area Community Hospice or Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home would be appreciated.  For more information, please call 815-741-5500 or visit her Memorial Tribute at www.fredcdames.com
