In 1958 I was fortunate to meet Dick Schmitz while working at the Ace Drive In.
We developed a special friendship that included meeting his very attractive girl friend,who became his devoted loving wife while working together.
Since he had a car he provided transportation to Joliet Jr.College many times.
After he started his Dental practice I and my family were thankful to have such a gentle and skilled Doctor working with our dentistry needs!
After his retirement I would have the good fortune to see him and Sandy having their dinner at Maurice’s Table Restaurant on many occasions.
We would reminisce and laugh about the great memories we shared in life.
Very sorry Sandy for your loss of a great husband and friend. Lee Bailey
