The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements make it necessary for you to purchase any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected
$2,500.- Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff
Our fee for the services of the funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for service; arrangements conference with family or responsible party; arrangement of funeral; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notices; staff assistance prior to, during and following the funeral, including coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, e.g. cemetery, crematory and others. Also included in these charges are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative costs, and equipment and inventory costs.
This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials and forwarding or receiving remains.)
$795 - Embalming (Basic)
$945 - Embalming (Autopsy)
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.
$285. - Bathing, Dressing, Cosmetizing, Hairdressing, Casketing
$ 35. - Shelter of Remains/Overnight Care
This charge per day applies to those remains awaiting cremation or embalming while permits, applications, authorizations, etc. are being processed by governmental agencies, requested family delay, or when remains (embalmed or unembalmed) are in our care and require daily monitoring, refrigeration and/or ongoing preservation intervention.
$600. - Use of Facilities & Staff for Viewing/Visitation
Our services include set-up of visitation area, placement of encased remains, display of floral arrangements, supervision of and attendance during the visitation. (Charge per day)
$400. - Use of Facilities & Staff for Funeral Ceremony
Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangements, supervision of funeral and staff to attend funeral ceremony.
$400. - Use of Equipment & Staff for Church Service
Our services include coordinating the funeral arrangements, supervision of funeral and staff to attend funeral ceremony.
$600. - Use of Facilities & Staff for Memorial Service
Our services include coordinating the memorial service arrangements, supervision of the memorial service and staff to attend the service.
$275. - Use of Equipment & Staff for Committal Service
Our services include accompaniment of remains to cemetery, supervision of committal service and staff to attend service.
$350. - Transfer of Remains to Funeral Home (24 hr. Call)
One vehicle, one funeral director, local service. Out of town transfer at $ 2.50 per mile. Additional personnel required for transfer will be provided at $175.00 per director/director’s assistant. Transfer of remains from the City of Chicago/Cook County, single director, will be $ 675.00

All professional vehicle charges are for local service only, within 15 miles of the funeral home. Beyond 15 miles add $2.50 per mile, one way, in addition to the professional vehicle charges.
