Obituary of John Knorr

John Henry Knorr John Henry Knorr, age 58, of Shorewood, passed away Monday, August 27, 2012 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center. Born September 13, 1953 in Joliet, he was the son of the late August Henry and Mary Ann (nee Trione) Knorr. He was a graduate of Lockport Township High School and attended Joliet Junior College. John was a bus driver for PACE for many years. John will be greatly missed by many. Surviving are his two daughters, Sarah (Dave Welter) Jones of Braidwood, and Rebecca Knorr of Gurnee; three brothers, Leonard (Nancy) Knorr, Ron (Brandy) Knorr, and Rick (Jutta) Knorr; three sisters, Marge (William) Stanish, Mary Jean (Thomas) Dunbar and Trudy Knorr; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service for John will be Friday, August 31, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. at the Irving Athletic Club, 703 Richard St., Joliet, IL
