Obituary of Max Kolk

Max J. Kolk Age 96. Passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at Rosewood Care Center. Born in Chicago, he was a resident of Joliet since 1995. Retired probation officer for Cook County. Survived by one daughter, Sandra (Sam) Stanford of Joliet; three granddaughters, Cathy (Michael) Biliskov, Donna (Eric) Meyer, and Tracey (Jesse) Rosas; and eight great-grandchildren, Michael Jr., Bradley, Zachary, Macklin, Jeffrey, Brittany, Marissa, and Jenna. Preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Kolk (2005). Funeral services for Max J. Kolk will be Saturday, January 17, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be private.
