Obituary of Celeste Kotowski

Celeste F. Kotowski Age 73, late of Channahon, and formerly of the Historic Pullman neighborhood, passed away surrounded by her devoted family on Friday, September 4, 2009 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Born January 22, 1936 in Chicago to the late John B. and Cloudine (nee Guglielmi) Manzardo. Former President of the St. Anthony Ladies Auxiliary of Chicago. Survived by her beloved husband of 53 years, Edward M. Kotowski, Jr. of Channahon; two loving daughters, Karen (James) Carlassare of Chicago, and Joyce (Martin) McHale of Channahon; four precious grandchildren, Kelly, Jimmy, Rachel and Caitlin; her sister, Elva Remegi; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. from Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black at Essington Roads, Joliet, IL 60431 to St. Ann Catholic Church, Channahon, for Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Worth.
