Obituary of Janet Kratochvil

Kratochvil, Janet E. Age 88. Thursday, October 13, 2011 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Born in Joliet, she was a long time Joliet resident. A graduate of Joliet Township High School. Member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. She was active at the Park Towers in arranging social activities for all who enjoyed there life and residence there. Preceded in death by her husband, George (1973); her parents, and one sister, Edith (Thomas) Roof. Survived by two sisters, Camille J. (Edward) Shroba and Jacqueline (late Jerry) Tezak both of Joliet; nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends also survive. On behalf of the family, they would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to Joliet Area Community Hospice for their special care and kindness they showed our family. A Memorial Service for Janet E. Kratochvil will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 404 N. Hickory Street, Joliet. As it was Janet's request, Cremation Rites have been accorded. Interment Mount Vernon Memorial Estates.
