Obituary of Mary Krause

Krause, Mary K. (nee Esler) Age 91. At rest Friday, August 31, 2012 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born in Joliet and a lifelong resident. Retired from Desoto Chemical following 21 years of service. Lifetime member of the Church of St. Anthony. Mary loved her children, grandchildren and especially her great-grandchildren, Jake and Ben. You could always find her tending to her garden. Survived by her loving daughter, Robin (Dave) Kraft and son, David; grandmother of Mike (Shawna) Kraft and Amy (Brad) Hoover; great-grandmother and loves of her life, Jakob and Benjamin Hoover; sister-in-law, Thresa Esler; aunt of several nieces and nephew; numerous cousins also survive. Preceded by her husband, Robert Krause (1970); parents, John and Mary (Mitok) Esler; her siblings, Mike (Marge), John (Florence) and Nick Esler, Helen (Art) Galli, Fran (Stanley) Witczak, Marge (Tee) Quas and Kate (Carl) O'Leary. Funeral Services for Mary Krause will be Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to the Church of St. Anthony for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment Mt.
