Obituary of Nicholas Lee JR
Nicholas D. Lee, Jr.
Age 63, of Taylor, WI, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2008. Born in Terre Haute, IN, he was a Joliet resident for many years before relocating to Denver, CO then Great Falls, MT; spending his final years in Taylor, WI to be near his children and grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents, Naomia I. Lee and Nicholas D. Lee, Sr.; and loving friend, Shirley Tri.
Surviving are his children Nicholas D. (Tina) Lee III of Wisconsin, Krissie A. (Aaron) Hoffman of Wisconsin and Daniel W. Frederickson (Lee) of Colorado; loving grandfather of Brandon, Nicholas IV, Blake, Naomia, Bethany, Brady, Tyler and Peyton. Also survived by brothers and sisters, Jean (Bob) Dickey of Marseilles, Ray (Joyce) Lee of Newark, IL and Sandy (Jerry) Popplewell of Marseilles; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Nick served in the United States Army, stationed in Germany for much of his enlistment time. He was a lifelong member of the DAV in Joliet, and a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge in Wilmington. He retired as plant manager from Grundy Industries in Joliet and Denver, CO.
Funeral Services for Nicholas D. Lee, Jr. will be Thursday, September 25, 2008 at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation TODAY, Wednesday 4-8 p.m. at:
