Obituary of Grace Luebs

Grace B. Luebs (nee Strating) Age 87. Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Born in Chicago and a long time Rockdale, Lockport and Joliet area resident. Retired from Joyce Beverages after many years of service. A member of the Joliet Unit of Homemakers. Member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, the Women's Guild and the Ladies Auxiliary of the D.A.V. Preceded in death by her husbands, Everett Berry, Graydon Rudd, and Charles J. Luebs; her parents and one brother. Survived by her two sons, Henry (Laurie) Berry of Rockdale and James Berry of Joliet; two daughters, Barbara (Edward) Wilkins of Essex, and Darlene Posk of California; two stepsons, Craig (Robin) Luebs of Urbana and Tony Luebs of Chicago; ten grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service for Grace B. Luebs will be held Friday, August 14, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 310 N. Broadway, Joliet. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Peter Lutheran Church or Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated. Arrangements by: FRED C.
