Obituary of William Lynch

Lynch, William B. Age 88, late of Plainfield and formerly of Oak Park, passed away peacefully at his home, Friday, February 25, 2011. He was born in Scotland to the late John and Margaret (Bruce) Lynch and emigrated to Montreal, Canada in 1954 and then to the United States in 1960. Beloved husband of Henrietta (Ross); loving father of Maureen (Mario) Zullo, and Clark (Valerie) Lynch; proud grandfather of William (Brenda) Zullo, Wendy (Al) Gonzalez, the late Jim Lynch, Mario D. (Prudence) Zullo, and Brian (Jody) Lynch; great-grandpa of Jennifer, Billy Jr., Mario S., Tiffany, Jimmy, Brendan, Cameron, Elizabeth, Skye; dear brother of Joseph Lynch, Bruce Lynch, and Nessie Stewart; numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Retired Vice President of maintenance at Oak Park Trust & Savings Bank (Chase Bank). Visitation Sunday, February 27, 2011 from 12:00-6:00 p.m. at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home. Funeral Monday morning 9:45 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, Plainfield, for Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
