Member and Band Director of the 566th Air National Guard Band for 33 years, serving as Senior Master Sgt. Beloved husband of Lillian (nee Benedikt); loving father of Cynthia (Pavel) Holas and Leonard (Margaret) Mach; dearest grandfather of Myles and Eric Mojica, Jason, Kayla and Shauna Debelevich; son of the late Charles and Mary Mach. Member of United Moravian Societies and Czech-American Musicians Club. Funeral Services Wednesday January 26, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd., Joliet.
