Obituary of Ann Marchio

Marchio, Ann L. (nee Johnson) Age 96, of Grove City, Ohio and formerly of Joliet, passed away peacefully, Monday March 26, 2012 at Mt. Carmel West Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. She was born April 15, 1915 in Battle Creek, Michigan to the late Nellie and Samuel Johnson, and had resided in Joliet most of her life. Surviving are her daughters and sons, Elizabeth "Betty Ann" (Robert) Perona, Phillip G. (Marguerite) Marchio, Jacqueline (Joe) Radosevich, Marilyn (Gabor) Kecskes and Michael (Kathy) Marchio. Grandchildren, Joey, Jeffrey (Yvonne) Radosevich, Jill Chamblin, Jake (Shelley) Radosevich; Kelly (Tim) Schultz, Stephanie (Leo) McCarville, Philip A. (Amie) Marchio, Anthony (Tracy) Marchio, Nicole (Brian) Belke; Becky (Greg) Smith; Denise Meintel, Sherry (Steve) Reinhardt, Robby (Felecia) Perona; Michael W. (Lynn), Matthew (Deanna) Marchio. Great grandchildren, Jackie (Brian) Watson, Jennifer (Nate) Hepler, Jamie, Jacob, Justin, and Josie Radosevich; Matthew and Michael Chamblin; Joshua Radosevich; Nina and Billy Schultz; Gabrielle and Matthew Smith; Colby, Colin, Donovan and Meghan Marchio; twins, Caitlyn and Cameron Schultz; Magnus, Thor, Mira and Zeno Marchio; Mary Rose Reinhardt, Jillian Perona; Aaron and Rayme Meintel. Ann was proud to be a great great grandmother of Jaydynn and another great great grandchild due in the next month. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death by her husband, Ceasar "Jake" Marchio; two great grandchildren, Joshua Radosevich and Louis Meintel; her parents and three sisters, Laura, Mildred and Pearl. Ann will fondly be remembered as great cook who enjoyed picnics with her family at area parks. A former member of the Church of St. Anthony and the Irving A.C. Other hobbies included polka dancing and bowling. Funeral services for Ann L. Marchio will be held Friday, March 30, 2012, 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to the Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
