Patricia A. Marecek "Pat" (Zygmunt) Age 57, of Crest Hill and formerly of Chicago, passed away July 5, 2011. Beloved mother of Steve Marecek; proud grandma of Dylan J. and Alexis A. Marecek. Loving sister of Barbara (Ken), John (JoAnn) and Kathy (Victor). Dear aunt of one niece and several nephews.
