Obituary of Matthew Martinez

Matthew Robert Martinez Age 11 months, passed away after a lifelong battle with congenital heart problems on Sunday, December 20, 2009 at Advocate Hope Children's Hospital in Oak Lawn. Matthew was a strong little spirit with a unique heart who touched the lives of so many in his short time. Survived by his mother, Silvia Martinez; sister, Jackie Sanchez; brothers, Luis Sanchez and Rigoberto Martinez; grandmother, Amparo Cervantes; grandfather, Gabriel Martinez; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral Services for Matthew Robert Martinez will be Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 655 Springfield Avenue, Joliet.
