Jeffrey S. McCormick
Age 41, of Joliet, passed away suddenly, Saturday, September 20, 2008. He worked for TCB Development as a maintenance engineer. Jeffrey was an enthusiastic Chicago Cubs and Minnesota Vikings fan, and also enjoyed bowling, playing cards, and golfing. He was a member of the Moose and Friday night King Kong Bowling Leagues, and was a NFL Flag Football coach for Joliet Park district.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Judy (nee Cabrera) McCormick; two children, Jacob and Zoie; his parents, Judith (nee Werner) and Charles Grant of Lockport; two sisters, Robin (Homer) McCormick-Hill of Joliet, and Penny (Jonathan) Brewer of Casey; mother-in-law, Isabel Cabrera; sisters-in-law, Gloria (Kirk) Mitchell, and Cindy (Gabert) Ramirez; brothers-in-law, Adrian (Lisa) Cabrera, David Cabrera, and Richard Cabrera; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, and many lifelong friends.
Funeral services for Jeffrey S. McCormick will be Thursday, September 25, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated. Visitation THURSDAY, from 10:00 a.m. until time of services at:
