MORUZI, ROBERT L. "Bob" Age 86. Went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 28, 2011 with family at his side. Born August 22, 1925 in Joliet to the late Peter and Esther Moruzi, he was a lifetime resident. A United States Army veteran who served during World War II. Beloved husband of 65 years to Rose (nee Diaz) Moruzi; loving father of Yvonne (John) Jamerson; dearest grandfather of Nicole (Zack) Edgar; proud great-grandpa of Adyn. Bob was a retired maintenance engineer from Joliet Township High School West Campus. He was previously employed as a semi-truck driver. He loved to tinker and could fix just about anything, including many Television sets over the years. Funeral Services for Robert L. Moruzi will be Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment Elmhurst Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to First Assembly of God Church would be appreciated.
