David A. Muren Age 48. At rest Thursday, February 12, 2009 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born in Joliet, he was a lifelong resident. A client of Trinity Services since he was a teenager. Member of the Church of St. Jude. Survived by his loving parents, John, Sr. and Agnes (nee Smolkovich) Muren of Joliet; three brothers, John, Jr. of Columbus, OH, James of Joliet and Dan (Sandra) Muren of Shorewood; dear uncle of Christopher, Jacob, Ashley, Alec, Grant and Kaylin Muren; nephew of Edward J. (Jenny) Muren of Bartlett, Daniel Smolkovich of Manteno, IL, Thomas (Nina) Smolkovich of Herscher, John (Diane) Smolkovich of Cabery, IL, Marge Kauzlaric of Joliet, Anna Lutgen (Godmother) of Schererville, IN, Josephine Sepich of Joliet, and Rose (Joe) Ahern of Herscher, IL; his caregiver Josie Anhalt; numerous cousins also survive. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph and Mary Muren; maternal grandparents, Ignac and Anna Smolkovich; his Godfather, Fred Lutgen. Funeral Services for David A. Muren will be Monday, February 16, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
