Obituary of James Nasenbeny
James P. Nasenbeny
Age 85, of Joliet, Passed away Tuesday September 2, 2008 at Rosewood Care Center.
Survived by his loving wife Florence "Flo" (nee Tezak); one sister Louise (late Edward) Stonich, brothers, Donald (Faye), Gerald (Delores) and Thomas (late Jo Ann) Nasenbeny. Also survived by a brother-in-law Leo Ficarella as well as numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents, Kervin and Louise (Horvat) Nasenbeny, brothers, Albert (in Infancy) Rudolph (late Frances), Leonard (late Dorothy) Robert (late Lucille) and one sister Marie Ficarella.
Jim was a lifelong resident of Joliet. He retired from Joliet Township High Schools (West Campus). He was a veteran of WWII serving in the European Theatre with the 555th Engineering Battalion, United States Army. A member of the American Legion Post #1080 and the AFSCME Retirees.

All friends and relatives are invited to meet Friday, September 5, 2008 at the Cathedral of St. Raymond Nonnatus, 604 N. Raynor Ave., Joliet for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Enshrinement to follow at Resurrection Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to the Will/Grundy Medical Clinic would be appreciated. NO VISITATION.
