Blake Warren Ospalik Our little angel was called home to God on Monday, June 8, 2009 from his parents arms at Advocate Hope Children's Hospital in Oak Lawn. Born May 4, 2009 to his surviving parents, Kenneth and Lisa (nee Druckrey) Ospalik. Also surviving are his beloved sister, Elizabeth and his beloved brother, Kenny; paternal grandmother, Charlene (late Kenneth) Ospalik; his maternal grandparents, Randal and Angela Druckrey; two aunts, Nicki (Eric) Eriksen and Cheryl Benn; numerous cousins also survive. Private visitation and funeral services for Blake Warren Ospalik were held at the funeral home chapel with Fr. John Doyle officiating.
