Boucher, Gerald Joseph
Age 70, passed away Sunday, December 2, 2012, surrounded by his family at Presence Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born March 7, 1942 to the late Margaret (Murphy) and James Boucher, in Joliet area where he resided all his life.
Survived by his wife, Nancy (nee Archibald); three daughters, Kate Covey, Bridgette Bergin, and Danielle (Joe) Tobin; one son, Capt. Timothy (Norah) Boucher, U.S. Army; his wife's children, Robert (Amanda) Graham, Jana (Laurie Lombardi) Graham, and Cari (David) Beck; seven grandchildren, Erin Bergin; Oliver and Eleanor Tobin; Moirah and Patrick Boucher, and Nicklaus and Madison Graham; sister-in-law, Carmella Boucher; and many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Mary Ann Tracy, Michelyn Minarich and Patricia Boucher; one brother, James Boucher.
Jerry graduated with the Class of 1960 from Joliet Catholic High School. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a proud member of Plumbers & Pipefitters Local #422 for over 50 years.
Funeral Services for Gerald J. Boucher will be Thursday, December 6, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation Wednesday, 4-7 p.m. at:
