Richard R. Pancurak
Age 82, late of Joliet, passed away peacefully Monday, November 12, 2007 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Born April 1, 1925 in Joliet to the late Michael and Ann Pancurak; he resided in Joliet most of his life. He retired from Crane Kemlite on December 31, 1989, after over 25 years of service. He was an RV enthusiast, who traveled all over the United States as well as Canada.
Beloved husband of 45 years to Rosella, nee Herman, (Koca) Pancurak (a former Coal City resident); stepfather of Nancy (David) Lorenc of Katy, TX, and Edward (Kathy) Koca of Princeton, IN; dear grandpa of Scott, Kevin (Cathy) and John Koca; Bridget (Jamie) Albert, and Brian Lorenc; great-grandpa of Paige; one sister, Maryann (Bob) Hartman of Florida; brother-in-law of Cele (late Wilfred) Moak and Francis (Joan) Herman; several nieces and nephews also survived as well as his canine companion, Gussy.
Preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Dorothy (late Louis) House and Helen (Don) McDonald; and sisters-in-law, Rita (Al) Cerutti and Anna (late Don) Johnson.
Funeral Services for Richard R. Pancurak will be Thursday, November 15, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Wilmington. Visitation Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at:
