Obituary of Stella Peters

Stella Fay Peters Stella Fay Peters, 68, of Diamond, died in her home, Sunday evening January 23, 2011, surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. Fay was born in Nashville, Tennessee on December 13, 1943, the daughter of Russell Mason and Stella Mae Mason. She was the third oldest of seven siblings. Her loving, long time companion of 23 years, Charles Schmidt, and three daughters, Debra Fay Nelson, Donna Elaine Peters, and Darlene Kimberly Isberg survived her. Her grandchildren include James Lawson, Joseph Lawson, Nicole (John) Sefcik, Anthony Daniels, Tyler Arnold, Hailee Arnold, and Bren Isberg. As it was Fay's request cremation rites have been accorded, and a memorial to celebrate Fay's life will be held for friends and family, Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at the Morris VFW from 1-4 pm.
