Obituary of Susan Preiksa

Susan Jean Preiksa At age 54, Suzie lost her long, hard battle to cancer on August 7, 2010 with her husband by her side. Suzie was born August 15, 1955 on the south side of Chicago. She attended Kennedy High School and worked for Aon Insurance Corporation in Chicago for many years. All her clients across the country just loved her, she always had a smile and kind words for everyone. Beloved wife of Robert Peacock; Dearest mother of Michael and Steven Palonis. Also survived by her loving mother, Dorothy Preiksa; Loving brothers, Anthony and Stanley (Alice) Preiksa; Loving sister, Janet (Tom) Antonacci; her granddaughters; Niece, Michelle Preiksa and great-niece, Alexis; Mother-in-law, Katherine Peacock; Many aunts, uncles nieces, nephews and the best of friends from Aon and her Nala. Preceded by her grandparents from Lithuania and her beloved father, Walter Preiksa. Our great appreciation to all the medical staff of Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center who helped her in her battle.
