Pasquale J. Restaino "Pat" Age 88. At rest Wednesday , March 4, 2008 at St. Mary Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. Born in Joliet on April 17, 1919, he was a lifetime Joliet/Crest Hill resident. Employed as a painter with Ruberoid Company (GAF), retiring in 1980. Member of St. Anne Catholic Church, Crest Hill and the Chaney Club. Former member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #300. Preceded in death by his first wife, Mary M. "Marge" (nee Sternisha) Restaino (1990); parents, Louis and Eliza (nee Santangelo) Restaino; two brothers, Kelly and Gene Restaino; two sisters, Theresa (late Sam) Lucenti and Frances Stout. Survived by his wife, Carole A. (nee Rolfe) Restaino; three sons, Major Patrick J. (Diana) Restaino, Retired U.S.A.F. of Dayton, OH, Anthony L. (Cathy) Restaino of St. Charles, IL and Lawrence "Larry" (Amy) Restaino, of Elburn, IL; five grandchildren, Matthew, Christopher; Mark, Kristen and Avanna; four step-children; 16 step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; brother of Elizabeth (late Harold) Dodge of Harvard, IL, Lisa (late Lou) Plummer of Plainfield, Nunzio (Louise) Restaino of Missouri, Angie (late Edward) Turner of Colorado, Paulina (late John) Cortel of Arizona, Phyllis (late Jim) Wood of Crest Hill, and Susan (Virgil) Randels of Joliet; numerous nieces and nephews survive. Funeral services for Pat Restaino will be Friday, March, 7, 2008, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home chapel. Fr. John Doyle officiating. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
