Obituary of Evaristo Reta JR

Evaristo Reta, Jr. Age 56, of Morris, passed away Saturday, July 7, 2012 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, Joliet. Born April 6, 1956 in Brownsville, TX he was the son of Evaristo and Hortencia (nee Gustavo) Reta, Sr. Evaristo was a talented musician and promoter in the music industry. He loved spending time with his family and friends and was an avid car collector. Surviving are two sons, Christopher (Stevie) Morgan of Clarksville, TN and Oscar Reta of Morris, IL; two daughters, Nora Garza and Delores Garza; several grandchildren including Adrianna Reta, who he helped raise, and Kayden and Kara Morgan; his parents of Morris; three brothers, Bruno (Mary Ann), Ismael and Xavier Reta, all of Morris; numerous nieces and nephews; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by one son, Esteban Reta. A visitation for Evaristo Reta, Jr. will be held Thursday, July 12, 2012 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
