Obituary of Maureen Roderick

Maureen R. Roderick (nee Zentarski) Age 76. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Joliet, she was a lifetime resident. In her younger years she was employed at Kline's Department Store and Gordon Pontiac. Lifetime member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Member of the Caterpillar Retirees, the Machinists Retirees and the Croatian Cultural Club. Beloved wife of 48 years to Richard L. Roderick; loving mother of Mike (Claudine) Roderick, Diane (Phil) Corcoran and Edward Roderick; dear grandmother of Richard "R.J." Roderick; dear sister of Ann (Neil) Janssen, Tom Zentarski, Art (late Barb) Zentarski and Walter Zentarski. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Mary (nee Rohder) Zentarski; Funeral Services for Maureen R. Roderick will be Friday June 22, 2007 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment Woodlawn Memorial Park.
