Obituary of Patricia Bertolotti

Bertolotti, Patricia Pauline (nee Bebar) Age 90, of Romeoville, IL, passed away peacefully at home, Wednesday, June 6, 2012 with her family at her side. Born June 29, 1921 in Joliet and a lifelong area resident and member of St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church. A graduate of St. Mary Nativity Grade School, Providence Catholic High School and Greta Deal Beauty School. She was a longtime area beautician, and previously worked for the Navy Yards, St. Mary Nativity Church and Union National Bank. Pauline had been a member of the Young Ladies Sodality, Mothers Club, Altar and Rosary Society, Women's Club and the JoAnnites at St. Mary Nativity. She was celebrated as a past CCW "Woman of the Year." She was also a lifetime member of SNPJ, as well as a member of the Ladies of Columbus Auxiliary, and the Coal City Area Club. Her hobbies included crocheting, knitting, baking and doing word searches. Loving mother of Richard D. (Meg) Bertolotti of Dunbar, West Virginia and Madonna (Glynn) Turner of Joliet; dear grandmother of Aaron (Jessica) Bertolotti, Don (Brittany Shamblin) Bertolotti, Margo (Jacob) Middaugh, Alexandra Bertolotti and Cameron Bertolotti; proud great-grandmother of Michael, Sophia, Hannah, Christian, Oliver and Leo; fond sister of Lillian (Robert) Wagner, Robert (JoAnn) Bebar, Jeanne (David) Engle, Dolores (Richard) Kuban, Gerald (Carol) Bebar and sister-in-law of Elmer Pell. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 50 years, Richard A. Bertolotti, (2001); her parents, Philip and Frances (nee Lakota) Bebar; two brothers, Raymond (Virginia), and Philip (Audrey and Dolores); and two sisters, Kathryn (Francis) Branshaw and Mary Pell. Funeral Services for Patricia Pauline Bertolotti will be Monday, June 11, 2012 at 9:15 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in St. Mary Nativity Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to St. Mary Nativity Church would be appreciated. Visitation Sunday from 2-7 p.m. at: FRED C.
