Obituary of Robert Sharpe

Robert J. Sharpe "Bob" Age 47. At rest, Friday, May 28, 2010 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center following a valiant battle with cancer. Born in Joliet, and a lifelong resident. Graduate of Joliet Central High School, Class of 1981. Survived by his mother, Carol (Comerford) Sharpe; one brother, Howard (Rebecca) Sharp, Jr.; sisters, Janet M. Baker, Nancy M. (Mark) Wingate, Diane C. (Bruce) Meyer, and Karen A. (David) Gonzalez; nieces and nephews, Warren Baker, Marti (Ryan) Krieger, Andrew and Margaret Wingate, Stephen, Lisa and Carolyn Meyer, Stacey and D. Alexander Gonzalez; and one great-nephew, Benjamin Krieger. Preceded by his father, Howard W. Sharpe, Sr. (2006); and one brother, Thomas M. Sharpe (2007). Private family funeral services will be held with interment at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to Morning Star Mission or Daybreak Shelter would be appreciated.
